Wiseacre

Meaning: A person with an affectation of wisdom or knowledge, regarded with scorn or irritation by others; a know-it-all. A person who makes annoyingly conceited claims to knowledge.

Synonyms: Smart aleck, wise guy, intellectual, windbag, braggart, brain, walking, encyclopedia.

In Hindi: चतुर चालाक व्यक्ति.

Use: Some wiseacre has said that a genius is a man who “wears long hair, eats queer food, lives alone, and serves as a target for the joke makers.”
